Where we ship from?
All orders will be shipped directly from Indonesia.

Do you perform lab tests?
Yes, our products are tested regularly for heavy metals, pesticides and potency. We have government certificate, just contact us we will send a copy of certificate.

When will be a restock available?
We will post restock updates always on the front page and on shop page .

Do we ship on Saturday?
No. Your order will be shipped on Monday.

Do we offer express service?
No.

Do we ship to Worldwide?
YES, we ship worldwide. However if the product hold by your custom, we have no responsibility and not accepting refund. So, please know your government first before buy our products.

Do you offer support over phone or a call-back service?
No. We do not offer any kind of support over phone. We will also never ask you for any kind of private data or credit-card number over phone.

Do we offer free samples?
No. We have listed 100 gram of product kratom, you can order small package first if you want to try. Believe me, you will come back and order as our product is fresh and we are directly indonesian best kratom vendor.

The product I have received does not look like on the pictures on your website. Is this a mistake?
Please be assured that our warehouse labels all strains correctly. The pictures on our website are examples only and might not reflect the exact same color as the product you receive.

Do we resell returned items? For a cheaper price?
No. Unsealed return-items won’t be sold again due to our quality-regulations. FYI We have private Kratom forest in borneo, and we never run out the kratom leaf, if stock is out in website its because of slow in grinding the leaf.

Do we have a physical store or a pickup location?

Do we offer a discount on higher quantity orders?

Discounts will be applied automatically in your cart, if available.

Do we offer lab-results.
No, we do not publish our lab-results to general public since every batch is individual. Please be assured that all of our products undergo through strict control processes, in order to assess its quality and ensure steady and highest possible product standards. We urge you to buy a sample pack to test out any products before making a larger order.

I placed my order on Thursday, but it’s Monday and I don’t have my tracking yet.  Why is this?
This can be due to a couple of reasons.  Your order may already be shipped but the automatic email process somehow slows down on Saturday and Sunday, which most likely has something to do with the postal tracking system updating on the weekend.  It can also be that the possible 24-48 hr dispatch time has overlapped with the weekend.  Fear not, you will receive your tracking and your package very very soon.

May I use a Hotmail.com account?
No, we ask that when you register with our site to please use another mail server, as Hotmail.com accounts are not compatible with our system, and we will not get those emails.

Are there non-shipping related charges when ordering from outside of the USA?
Yes, there may be customs taxes and duties when ordering from outside Indonesia.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if there will be any extra charges, and also the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such charges.  It is not up to motherlandbotanicalsanctuary.com to determine whether or not there will be any duties or taxes, nor are we liable for paying any of these extra charges.
